Privacy policy
Effective 2026-10-01. Applies to the Premium Harvester apps for iPhone, iPad and Android and this website, operated by EMJ Solutions LLC.
Premium Harvester collects what it needs to show you picks, trade in the brokerage account you connect, and send you alerts. It doesn't sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, or your broker login password.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the app, and only the data each one needs:
- Your broker (Tradier, and E*Trade when available): your token and the orders you approve.
- Anthropic, and Google (Gemini) as a backup: AI coach questions and the context listed above, to generate answers. No name or email is sent.
- Apple (Apple Push Notification service) and Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging): your device token and the alert text, to deliver notifications.
- Apple and Google: sign-in and subscription billing are handled by them under their own privacy policies.
Market data comes from Tradier and Yahoo Finance. Those requests contain ticker symbols, not your personal information. We disclose data if the law requires it.
Follow and the leader
If you follow a leader, you see their trades. Leaders don't see who follows them, and your trades aren't shown to anyone. A leader's public record shows weekly totals only.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
- We keep your data while your account is open.
- Tap Disconnect on a broker account in the app at any time; the stored token is deleted.
- Delete your account and all its data in the app: Settings › Delete Account on iPhone, Account › Delete account on Android. It's deleted immediately. You can also email support.
- Cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Security, children, changes
- Data travels between the app and our server over HTTPS. Broker tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Premium Harvester is for adults who can open a brokerage account. It isn't directed at children under 18.
- If this policy changes, we update the effective date above and tell you in the app for any significant change.
